MONIND LIMITED's Board has appointed Ms. Shweta Bansal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Women Independent Director) for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Ms. Bansal brings over 19 years of experience in legal, corporate governance, and secretarial matters.

Additionally, the Board re-appointed M/s VGG & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s Sanjay Grover & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, both for the Financial Year 2025-2026. These decisions are set to bolster the company's governance framework and maintain independent oversight of its financial and compliance activities.
