CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure has published its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. For the standalone results, total income from operations was Rs 82.35 crore, with a net profit of Rs 0.46 crore.

Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs 0.02. On a consolidated basis, total income was Rs 50.29 crore, and net profit was Rs 0.10 crore, with basic EPS at Rs 0.05. These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting on August 12, 2025.
