Company Update

Balurghat Technologies Limited has announced the publication of its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company's total income from operations rose to 2.60 Cr from 1.61 Cr in the corresponding prior-year quarter.

However, it reported a net loss of 3.82 Cr for the quarter, compared to a net loss of 3.37 Cr in the same quarter last year.

Basic and Diluted EPS stood at (0.29) compared to (0.24) previously.

These results, reviewed by the Audit Committee, were approved by the Board of Directors.
