Jay Ushin Limited's board has approved the appointment of Mr. Anoop Chaturvedi as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

This enhances board independence and led to the reconstitution of key committees, including Audit, Stakeholders' Relationship, and Nomination and Remuneration, with Mr. Chaturvedi joining as a member.

Additionally, the board approved the financial results for the quarter.

A scrutinizer was also appointed for the e-voting process for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
