A committee of Zodiac Ventures' Board has decided to extend the closing date of the company's Rights Issue.

The issue, which was previously scheduled to close, will now remain open until August 25. This extension provides shareholders with a crucial additional opportunity to exercise their rights and participate in the Rights Issue.

All other details of the offer, including the Letter of Offer, remain unchanged, simplifying the process for investors.
