RUBBER COMPANY LIMITED has announced key decisions from a recent board meeting.

The board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, and the Draft Board's Report for the last fiscal year.

They have set the Annual General Meeting for September 25. The board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Jacob Mammen as Director and appointed Mr. Rohan Kuriyan and Ms. Roshin Varghese as new non-executive Independent Directors, bringing in their experience in corporate affairs, taxation, and media.

Additionally, the completion of tenure for existing Independent Directors was approved.
