One Point One Solutions has invested **₹0.596 Crore** in its wholly-owned subsidiary, One Point One Technology Labs Private Limited (OPOTLPL), through a rights issue.

This investment, involving the subscription of **5.96 lakh equity shares** at face value of ₹10 each, is primarily to meet OPOTLPL's working capital requirements.

OPOTLPL, incorporated in June 2025, operates in the IT services sector.

This move strengthens the parent company's focus on expanding its IT business capabilities via its new subsidiary.
