Sharda Ispat's board has approved the financial results for the quarter.

The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 27.82 Cr, with a total income of Rs. 28.83 Cr.

Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 0.28 Cr, resulting in an EPS of Rs. 0.56. The board also re-appointed M/s. Panpaliya Taori & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years and M/s. Narendra Peshne & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY26. M/s. Sunil Kumar Sharma & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, all subject to shareholder approval.
