Fundviser Capital (India) Limited has announced a board meeting on August 11, 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, total income was ₹0.32 Cr, with a net loss of ₹0.12 Cr.

However, consolidated results show a significant improvement, with total income at ₹17.00 Cr and a net profit of ₹1.12 Cr, compared to a loss in the prior year.

This reflects the impact of newly consolidated subsidiaries, Starlight Box Theatres, DARS Transtrade, and New India RE & INFRA, which have substantially boosted the company's financial performance.
