The company's board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting a revenue of **Rs 8.59 Cr** and a net loss of **Rs 0.73 Cr**. Additionally, the board approved the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, 'CECL Urban Infra and Facility Services Private Limited', with a proposed authorized capital of **Rs 0.15 Cr**, aiming to diversify into construction, infrastructure, hospitality, and facility management.
