A record date of May 9, 2025, was set for allotting 1 share of Career Point Edutech (CPEL) for every 1 share held in CPCL.

This was part of a scheme to demerge the education business into CPEL, impacting CPCL's structure and financials, now primarily an NBFC.

Shareholders on record received CPEL shares.
