Akar Auto Industries' Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Todi as Managing Director for another five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Todi, a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years in auto and steel, has been pivotal in the company's operational growth, project execution, and client relationships, establishing Akar as a superior quality supplier.

His re-appointment ensures continued experienced leadership.

Concurrently, Mrs. Bhavna Saboo's second term as Independent Director concludes.

The Board acknowledged her valuable contributions during her association, marking a change in board composition.
