Balurghat Technologies Ltd. has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 01:00 P.M.

Shareholders can attend and cast their votes electronically.

The notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 will be distributed electronically and available on the company and exchange websites.

The Register of Members will be closed from September 4 to September 10, 2025, for the AGM.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 8 to September 9, 2025.
