Parnax Lab has announced the outcomes of its recent board meeting.

The company approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹1.97 Cr, with a profit of ₹0.23 Cr.

Consolidated revenue stood at ₹53.38 Cr, and consolidated profit after tax was ₹3.27 Cr, largely driven by its subsidiary's strong performance (₹52.27 Cr revenue, ₹3.04 Cr profit). Additionally, the company will hold its 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2025. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s HSPN & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
