Supriya Lifescience's board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹145.07 Cr, down from ₹160.63 Cr in the same quarter last year.

Net profit for the period was ₹34.79 Cr, a decline from ₹44.64 Cr year-on-year.

EPS for the quarter was ₹4.32, compared to ₹5.54 previously.

The company also approved revisions to its Nomination and Remuneration Policy, Materiality of Events Policy, and Insider Trading Code.
