Net profit after tax stood at ₹1.33 Cr, a positive shift from the previous quarter's loss of ₹1.85 Cr, though down from ₹3.43 Cr year-over-year.

A key development is the divestment of 55% equity in KPR Sports and Media Private Limited, which ceased to be a subsidiary.
