CP Capital Limited's Board has appointed new independent auditors.

M/s S P Chopra & Co. will serve as the statutory auditor, and M/s Bharat Rathore & Associates will take on the role of secretarial auditor.

Both firms are appointed for a five-year term, from FY 2025-26 through FY 2029-30. These key appointments, essential for strong financial oversight and corporate compliance, are contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
