Antelopus Selan Energy has allotted 1.99 Cr new equity shares as part of a Composite Scheme of Arrangement.

This allotment was made to existing and new members of the Promoter Group, including Blackbuck Energy Investments.

Post-allotment, the Promoter Group's holding has significantly increased from 30.46% (0.46 Cr shares) to 69.94% (2.45 Cr shares). The company's equity share capital has consequently expanded from INR 15.20 Cr to INR 35.16 Cr.

This move consolidates promoter ownership and restructures the company's capital base.
