SAMHI Hotels has agreed to sell its Hotel 'Caspia' business undertaking to Deventure Hotel and Resorts Private Limited for **INR 65.00 Cr**. In the last financial year, Hotel 'Caspia' contributed 6.10% of SAMHI's revenue (INR 9.47 Cr) and 1.74% of its net worth (INR 49.55 Cr). The buyer is not associated with SAMHI's promoter group.

This divestment streamlines SAMHI's portfolio and provides a significant capital infusion.
