Surya India Limited's board has appointed Mr. Sunil Jain, a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience, as the company's new Internal Auditor for a five-year term.

This decision follows the resignation of the prior Internal Auditor, Mr. Gulshan Kumar Uttreja, and ensures continuous strong internal controls.

This is a key governance update for shareholders, confirming the company maintains robust oversight of its financial processes and operations.

The new auditor's term will cover the Financial Years 2025-26 through 2029-30.
