Indef Manufacturing shareholders have approved the appointment of Mr. Vandan Sitaram Shah as a Non-Executive – Non-Independent Director.

Mr. Shah brings over 39 years of manufacturing sector experience, notably as Owner and Executive Chairman of Sipra Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a global aluminium die-casting company.

His extensive background in business development, leadership, and operations management is expected to significantly strengthen the Board.

This move aligns with enhancing strategic oversight and operational excellence.
