Company Update

Solarium Green Energy's Board approved the draft Directors' Report and decided to convene its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). Shareholders at the AGM will consider the appointment of M/s. Abhishek Kumar & Associates as new Statutory Auditors.

The Board also approved the ratification of the Solarium Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP-2024) and an increase in its pool size, extending benefits to subsidiary employees.
