Tirupati Tyres Limited has enabled remote e-voting for its 37th Annual General Meeting, empowering shareholders to participate conveniently from anywhere.

The voting window opens at 9:00 AM on September 23, 2025, and will close at 5:00 PM on September 25, 2025. Shareholders registered as of September 19, 2025, are eligible to participate.

NSDL will manage the e-voting platform, with CS Vishakha Agrawal appointed as the scrutinizer.
