SpiceJet has announced a board meeting on September 5 to approve the financial results for the quarter.

The company stated the delay in releasing these results was due to the ongoing process of appointing new Statutory Auditors.

An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting will be held on September 4 for shareholders to approve the appointment of M/s Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP as the new auditors, replacing the previous firm.

Once approved, the financials will be submitted.

The trading window for company securities remains closed until September 7. This update clarifies the timeline for Q1 results and auditor transition, a key governance step.
