The company's board has approved key governance changes.

M/s. Parameshwar Ganapati Bhat was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and M/s. Vishwanath Bhat & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. The board also appointed Mr. Kishore Mukund Saletore as an Additional Independent Director for up to five years, following a nomination process.

Additionally, Mr. S. K. Welling stepped down as Chairman, though he remains a director.

Mr. Aditya M. Gokarn, the current Managing Director, has assumed the role of Chairman, consolidating leadership.
