The company has approved key appointments and changes to its leadership.

M/s. Parameshwar Ganapati Bhat has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), subject to shareholder approval.

M/s. Vishwanath Bhat & Associates will serve as Cost Auditors for FY2025-26. Mr. Kishore Mukund Saletore joins as an Additional Independent Director for up to five years, pending shareholder consent, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Furthermore, Mr. S. K. Welling stepped down as Chairman but remains a Director, with Managing Director Mr. Aditya M. Gokarn now assuming the Chairman role.
