MAZDA Ltd. has announced its financial results for the quarter.

Revenue from operations surged to ₹49.63 Cr from ₹36.17 Cr year-over-year, though dipping from ₹53.52 Cr quarter-on-quarter.

Net profit climbed to ₹4.91 Cr (EPS ₹2.45) from ₹2.90 Cr (EPS ₹1.45) year-over-year, but saw a slight drop from ₹5.56 Cr (EPS ₹2.77) quarter-on-quarter.

The Engineering division remains the primary revenue and profit driver.

The company also announced its 35th Annual General Meeting and appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors, enhancing corporate governance and oversight.
