Electronic copies of the Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and AGM notice are being sent to shareholders with registered email addresses.

For those without registered emails, the company has sent letters providing web-links to access these documents online.

Shareholders are encouraged to register their email addresses and update KYC details.

E-voting will be available from September 6 to September 8, 2025, with a cut-off date of September 2, 2025, ensuring accessible participation.
