Record Date

Prince Pipes & Fittings (PRINCEPIPE) has announced its 38th Annual General Meeting on September 11, 2025. The company proposes a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share for FY25. To be eligible for this dividend and to vote at the AGM, shareholders must hold shares by the record date of September 4, 2025.
