Mrs. Sakshi Jain and Mrs. Amruta Avinash Dere have withdrawn their request to reclassify their shareholding from 'Promoter/Promoter Group' to the 'Public' category.

Previously, they had sought this reclassification, citing reduced shareholding and a lack of control.

However, after careful consideration, they have reversed their decision.

This means their shareholder status will remain within the 'Promoter/Promoter Group', maintaining the existing ownership structure and potentially influencing how investors perceive the company's core holding.
