Shareholders will have access to an e-voting facility to cast their votes on meeting matters.

The e-voting period is from September 03, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to September 05, 2025, 5:00 p.m.

The record date for determining eligible voters is August 30, 2025. This virtual format ensures broad participation in key company decisions.
