Auditors flagged a "material uncertainty" regarding the company's ability to continue as a going concern due to higher liabilities, low revenue, and negative equity.

The company also announced selling its 35.68% stake in subsidiary Westwind Realtors Private Limited to a related party for a total consideration of Rs. 18.20 Cr.

This divestment will make WRPL cease to be a subsidiary.

Auditors also noted unresolved bank debt confirmations and pending tax assessments.
