Sai Capital's board has approved key re-appointments to strengthen its governance.

Mrs. Kamlesh Gupta, a Non-Executive, Independent Director, is proposed for a second five-year term, from March 26, 2026, to March 25, 2031. Additionally, Ms. Sakshi Gupta, a Practicing Company Secretary, is proposed to continue as the Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years.

Both re-appointments are contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

This ensures continuity in the company's independent oversight and compliance functions.
