Garg Furnace Limited's Board of Directors has approved key changes to its composition.

Mrs. Mehak Jain, a B.COM graduate with company secretarial experience, has been appointed as an Additional, Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

This appointment aims to strengthen board oversight.

Concurrently, Ms. Purti Katyal has resigned as an Independent Director and from various committees, citing personal reasons and pre-occupancy.

These personnel changes are part of routine board evolution, ensuring continued governance for stakeholders.
