Sonal Mercantile Limited has opened a special window for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests.

This applies to requests rejected and returned prior to January 06, 2020. Shareholders can re-submit these documents to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., from July 07, 2025, to January 06, 2026. This is a crucial opportunity as requests re-lodged after the January 06, 2026 deadline will not be accepted by the Company or RTA.
