Sattrix Information Security Limited's Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Darshil Hemendrakumar Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term.

This decision, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval.
