Kothari Fermentation & Biochem has released its financial results for the quarter.

Total income from operations stood at ₹23.75 Cr, a decline compared to the previous year.

However, net profit for the period after tax showed an improvement, reaching ₹1.12 Cr from ₹1.10 Cr in the same quarter last year.

Earnings per share also increased to ₹0.75 from ₹0.73. These results indicate improved profitability despite a dip in operational income, highlighting the company's efficiency.

The Board of Directors approved these results.
