Pratiksha Chemicals' board has taken key steps to prepare for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board approved the draft AGM notice, the Board's Report, and the Secretarial Audit Report for FY2024-25, and finalized the AGM schedule.

M/s A Shah & Associates was appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.

Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Halubhai Vaghjibhai Rabari as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Rabari is a marketing professional whose expertise in brand strategy and market development could enhance the company's growth focus.
