Sakthi Finance's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations reached ₹53.75 Cr, with a net profit of ₹4.12 Cr.

Net Worth is ₹204.21 Cr.

Gross NPA stands at 4.69%, Net NPA at 2.17%, and Capital Adequacy Ratio at 18.43%. The 68th Annual General Meeting is set for September 27, 2025, with September 22 as the Record Date.

The board also approved new Independent Directors and re-appointed the Vice Chairman & Managing Director.

The company plans to raise up to ₹250 Cr via debt and ₹20 Cr through preference shares via private placement and increase Authorized Share Capital from ₹130 Cr to ₹150 Cr.
