Paramount Cosmetics' Board has re-appointed Mr. Hiitesh Topiiwaalla as Managing Director for another five-year term, effective April 1, 2026, until March 31, 2031. This ensures continued experienced leadership, as Mr. Topiiwaalla has a strong background in the cosmetic industry, driving strategic objectives and innovation for the company.

The re-appointment is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 40th Annual General Meeting.

This move provides stability in senior management.
