Company Update

SPEL Semiconductor Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported total income from operations of 1.93 Cr, a decline from the previous quarter's 2.45 Cr and last year's 2.13 Cr.

SPEL Semiconductor recorded a net loss after tax of (5.59) Cr.

While this is an increase in loss compared to (3.58) Cr in the same quarter last year, it marks an improvement from the (8.00) Cr loss in the preceding quarter, indicating some sequential stabilization.

Basic and diluted earnings per share were (1.21).
