Kamdhenu Ventures' wholly-owned subsidiary, Kamdhenu Colour and Coatings Limited, has announced the appointment of M/s DSP & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors.

The subsidiary's Board has approved this appointment, which will be effective from the conclusion of its 6th Annual General Meeting until the 11th AGM, subject to shareholder approval.

This ensures continued financial oversight and strengthens corporate governance for the subsidiary.
