The board of United Van Der Horst Ltd has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue from operations of Rs 9.09 Cr and a net profit of Rs 2.04 Cr.

The company also declared an interim dividend of Re 1 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Furthermore, M/s. AVS & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval, and M/s. Ashish Swar & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
