Company Update

Cropster Agro's board adopted the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue stood at Rs 51.02 Cr, with profit at Rs 3.97 Cr and an EPS of Rs 0.05. The company appointed Mr. Harendrasingh Chauhan, a commerce graduate with agro-product and management experience, as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

Ms. Sejalben Rathod, with management and agro field expertise, joined as an Independent Director for five years.

Both appointments await shareholder approval.

Mr. Pavankumar Verma was named Chief Financial Officer, while Ms. Maya Devi resigned as Non-Executive Director.

These changes aim to bolster the company's leadership and operational capabilities.
