Patanjali Foods (PFL) has allotted 1,03,101 new equity shares to employees exercising options under its ESOP 2023. This strategic move increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 72.50 Cr to Rs. 72.52 Cr.

Each share, with a face value of Rs. 2, was exercised at Rs. 1,262.24. This allotment expands the total shares outstanding to 36,26,09,415, a minor increase that is common for employee retention and incentivization.
