Aruna Hotels has announced its financial results for the latest quarter, reporting a total income of ₹188.86 crore and a net profit of ₹18.20 crore.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the period was ₹3.59. The company also confirmed that all related party transactions during the quarter were conducted at arm's length and in the ordinary course of business, aligning with applicable standards.

Additionally, shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Madan Gopal D and the re-appointment of Mrs. Poongothai N as Independent Directors.
