Kashyap Tele-Medicines' board has approved several key changes.

The company is relocating its registered office.

Significantly, it plans to alter its main business objectives and change its name, both subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.

These moves suggest a strategic shift in focus.

Additionally, three independent directors, Mr. Devakinandan Sharma, Mr. Mayank Khetan, and Mrs. Amrita Khetan, have resigned.

The board also appointed M/S. Bhavesh D Shah & Co. as internal auditors and Mrs. Rupal Patel as secretarial auditor.

Shareholders will vote on the proposed changes.
