Company Update

SOBHAGYA MERCANTILE has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shrikant Mitesh Bhangdiya as Managing Director for a further five-year term until December 2030, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's suggestion.

Additionally, M/s Joshi & Shah, Chartered Accountants, were approved for re-appointment as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term.

Both key appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
