Rajasthan Gases Limited's Statutory Auditors, M/s. Rahul S Gupta & Associates, have resigned.

The auditors cited health-related delays in obtaining a peer review certificate as their reason for inability to continue.

Importantly, the company states the resigning auditors raised no concerns with management.
