The company has appointed M/s SJC & Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s JSN & CO. as Cost Auditor for FY2025-26. Additionally, Mr. Puneet Kumar Pandey has been re-appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), subject to shareholder approval.
